To provide the Service we collect: email address (used to deliver magic-link sign-in and the valuation reports you generate); the vessel characteristics you submit (brand, model, year, length, condition, etc.); the generated estimation reports themselves; and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage metrics. We do not collect passwords because authentication is passwordless (magic link / one-time code).
How we use your information
Data supports the operation of the Service: generating and delivering valuation reports, managing your account history of past estimations, processing payment via Stripe, improving the quality of AI outputs, communicating with you about your account, and maintaining security.
Data sharing
EasyMLS Yachting, LLC does not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with: our payment processor (Stripe) to complete transactions; the AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate the report text; our email delivery provider to send sign-in links and reports; and legal authorities when legally required.
